I have completed my paper proposal for my second term paper for my course with Professor Christopher Adams. Entitled, for now, "The Case for the Expansion of Federal Broadband Policy". I look forward to having this paper completed, for now I have an outline ready based on the course outline assignment paper that was handed out in my class.

I finally found a paper topic for my second term paper for my State in the Economy Class, taught by Professor Christopher Adams at the University of Winnipeg. My chosen topic will be Internet Access Policy. My paper topic had to do with any article in a "How Ottawa Spends" book, and I found an article entitled "Dancing Around the Digital Divide: The Fight For a Federal Broadband Policy" written by Richard Schultz. It promises to be an interesting study though little appears to be written on the topic. -----
